Rooted in the City of St. Louis.
Community Impact Initiative, Inc. is a Missouri nonprofit corporation and 501(c)(3) public charity, with federal tax exemption effective December 29, 2025. Founded in 2025 and based in St. Louis, we focus only on the City of St. Louis.
Our philosophy
Restorative justice, built by hand.
Restoring a house can be a tool for restoring a life. Our approach is peer-led and learn-by-doing.
We keep labor and housing separate: jobs are jobs, and housing — when we offer it — is temporary and supportive.
